Eligibility and Account Requirements

To register for NexorRClass you must be legally able to enter into contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction and comply with local restrictions on educational services. Certain courses may have additional prerequisites or require institutional affiliation for access to specialized datasets or compute resources.

If you are under the age required by applicable law to consent to data processing for online educational services, you may only use NexorRClass with parental or guardian authorization. Specific course pages will note any age restrictions or required consent for hands-on labs.

You agree to use NexorRClass lawfully and ethically. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to subvert platform security, misuse datasets for illegal activities, or deploy models in ways that contravene applicable law or the ethical guidelines provided in course materials.

Access to some content, datasets, or services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to export controls, local regulations, or partner licensing terms. Where restrictions exist, NexorRClass will provide alternatives or explain limitations on a course-by-course basis.

Account Management

Accounts enable enrollment, progress tracking, submission of project work, and collaboration on group case studies. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and ensuring appropriate access controls for shared or institutional accounts.

Provide current and accurate information when creating or updating an account. Inaccurate or misleading information that affects course participation, certification, or collaborative projects may result in modified access until corrected.

Keep your credentials confidential. Use unique passwords and enable any offered multi-factor authentication to protect your account and project work. Treat access vouchers and API keys provided for practical labs as sensitive credentials.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless an institutional agreement specifies otherwise. If institutional transfer options are available, they will be governed by separate administrative procedures described in the institution's contract.

If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify NexorRClass support immediately via the contact form. Include relevant case or course identifiers and steps you have taken; we will suspend suspicious sessions and advise on remediation.

NexorRClass may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security incidents, or misuse of educational resources. Suspension is intended to preserve the learning environment and protect other users and datasets used in practical cases.

Service Scope

NexorRClass delivers structured courses, interactive labs, sandboxed compute environments for project work, and curated case studies illustrating AI methods applied to real-world scenarios. Availability of specific tools and datasets varies by course and license terms.

We may modify or discontinue features, courses, or tools to reflect evolving educational needs, licensing updates, or security improvements. When changes materially affect ongoing enrollments, we will provide notice and reasonable transition options to complete active projects.

While we strive for reliable access, occasional maintenance or third-party interruptions may affect availability of labs or compute resources. We publish scheduled maintenance windows and practical mitigation strategies for instructors and learners to manage deadlines.

Code of Conduct

To maintain productive learning, users must follow rules that protect academic integrity, respect peers, and ensure safe handling of datasets and models used in case studies.

  • Respectful collaboration: interact professionally with instructors and peers in forums and group projects.
  • Academic integrity: submit original work or attribute external contributions according to course guidelines.
  • Responsible data use: follow dataset licenses, anonymization requirements, and privacy constraints in projects.
  • Security hygiene: do not attempt unauthorized access to platform infrastructure or other accounts.
  • Appropriate use of models: avoid deploying models in ways that could harm people or contravene course ethical frameworks.
  • No unlawful activity: do not use platform resources to facilitate illegal actions.
  • Report issues: notify instructors or support about vulnerabilities, content concerns, or policy violations with concrete examples.

User Content and Projects

User Content includes uploaded datasets, submitted assignments, code repositories, and model artifacts created as part of courses or community projects. Users retain ownership of content they create, subject to the licenses they grant NexorRClass.

You keep ownership of your original course submissions and creative output. Institutional agreements or specific course terms may assign certain rights to instructors or partnering organizations; these are described in course documentation.

By submitting content to NexorRClass you grant a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute the content within the platform for instructional, evaluative, and case-study purposes. Where you elect to contribute to public repositories or shared case libraries, the chosen open license will apply.

You are responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have rights to any included data or code. Avoid sharing personally identifiable information in project submissions unless explicitly required and accompanied by lawful consent or anonymization.

Requests to remove user content will be evaluated in light of academic records, grading obligations, and platform integrity. Removal requests should include specific examples and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe with guidance on project continuity.

Intellectual Property

NexorRClass and its licensors retain ownership of platform software, course materials, activity, and proprietary content. Learners receive limited rights to access materials for personal, educational use as described in course licenses.

  • Do not reproduce or distribute proprietary course materials outside permitted educational contexts.
  • Do not remove owner attributions or attempt to reverse-engineer protected platform components.
  • Respect third-party licenses attached to datasets and tools used in case studies; comply with citation and reuse terms.

Paid Services

Certain courses, certification tracks, compute credits, or institutional features are available as paid services. Pricing and included resources are described on course pages and in purchase confirmations.

Pricing reflects the scope of materials, instructor support, compute usage for hands-on labs, and access to curated datasets. Course pages provide detailed breakdowns and any tier-based benefits for institutional subscriptions.

Payments are processed through our designated payment providers. You must provide valid payment details and comply with the provider's terms. Payment confirmation is sent to the account email and acts as the invoice unless an institutional billing arrangement applies.

Subscriptions provide ongoing access to selected content and services until cancelled. Details on renewal frequency, billing intervals, and how compute credits are consumed are available on your subscription dashboard.

Refunds and partial credits are considered per transaction and depend on usage of course resources and instructor time. For practical project courses where significant instructor assessment or compute resources have been consumed, refunds may be adjusted to reflect actual costs; contact support with case details to review options.

You may cancel paid services through account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing; access to paid course materials may continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise specified in the course terms.

Applicable taxes may be added to prices. NexorRClass will calculate taxes according to the billing address and current tax rules; institutional invoices will itemize taxes where required.

We may change prices for future enrollments; current subscribers will receive notice and options regarding renewals. Price changes will not retroactively alter confirmed transactions.

Failure to pay for subscription renewals or purchased services may result in suspension of access to paid materials and compute resources until payment is resolved. We will provide notifications and a grace period where feasible.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NexorRClass is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including outcomes from projects or models developed during courses. Third-Party Services

The platform integrates third-party tools, datasets, and compute providers to support hands-on cases. Those third parties have separate terms and privacy practices. Use of a third-party service may require separate registration or acceptance of additional terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate access under the terms specified for paid subscriptions or institutional contracts. NexorRClass may suspend or end access for policy violations, unlawful activity, or security concerns to preserve the learning environment.

On termination you will lose access to platform resources associated with your account, including enrolled course content and hosted project artifacts unless alternative arrangements are made. We may retain certain records for legal or academic compliance.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in the separate Privacy Policy. Personal data is processed to deliver courses, manage accounts, and support practical case work. We apply security and access controls appropriate for educational data and research datasets.

Communications

We will send service-related communications regarding enrollments, account actions, and important course updates. Marketing communications are only sent with consent or where permitted by local law; you may adjust preferences in account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect evolving services, regulatory changes, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated to account holders with advance notice and a clear effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal legal remedies.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising under these Terms, parties shall first attempt mediation or good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before courts competent in the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland, unless an alternative dispute resolution is agreed in an institutional contract.
